Payment Policy
Payment for any services provided by On The Brink Dog Training will be due at the end of each session, unless otherwise noted. On The Brink Dog Training currently accepts payment in the following forms:
In the event that a client cannot make the payment at the end of the session, special arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis. On The Brink Dog Training reserves the right to refuse any further services until all past payments have been made and the client is paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
In the event a client needs to cancel a lesson, we ask that the client inform us as early as possible. This will allow us to make any necessary changes to our scheduling with other clients. If you need to cancel a lesson contact us via phone or email. For our contact information click here. If On The Brink Dog Training has to cancel a lesson we will give you as much notice as possible. We will inform you of the scheduling change via phone (if a number has been provided), or email (if an email address has been provided) based on your communication preferences.
Ending A Lesson Early
If we determine that a particular training session is not going to be productive, or if we feel a change is needed but are not equipped to make the change immediately, On The Brink Dog Training reserves the right to end a session early. In the event that this happens, the client will not be charged for that lesson. We will discuss the options to continue moving forward, and reschedule the session for a later time at your convenience.
